1- normal UA, no/min proteinuria, normal creat
2- micro hematuria/proteinuria, no HTN
LN Class 3 and 4 symptoms
Both= hematuria, proteinuria (nephrotic), HTN, dec GFR
LN Class 5 and 6 symptoms
5- Nephrotic proteinuria, MH, HTN, norm creatinine
6- proteinuria/hematuria, dec GFR, ESRD
Nephritic syndrome
HTN, hematuria, proteinurai
ANCA Ab directed to antigens
CANCA
PANCA
on cytosol of neutrophil
C- bind ag in cytoplasm
P- bind ag in perinuclear region
IgA nephropathy & complement
Alternative pathway in kidney
Serum levels are normal
IgA and URI
Deposit where
After viral URI, IGA surge in production, including galactose deficient
Deposited in mesangium
