Presence of a central cystic mass on AP views that is seen to be located posteriorly on lateral films. +/- esophageal dilation in the inferior thorax, air-fluid in lower thoracic esophagus, or intra-thoracic termination of an OG tube. Definitive diagnosis via upper GI > MRI > CT
