Round cell tumor (e.g. multiple myeloma or lymphoma)
What is often required to reach a diagnosis?
Advanced imaging modalities (CT, myelogram, MRI)
Blood tests
CSF/Urine - bence jones proteins
In what other pathologies should you always think about neoplasia?
