What did Giddens (2012) argue was the difference between M/c and W/c workers?

A

He argued that the m/c had recognised that skills based on education, professional and social qualifications are important, where as the w/c only have the ability to sell their labour, as a result it leads to inequality in the workplace as w/c have insecure jobs
