Absolute contra-indications of spinal:
A
- Pt. refusal
- Raised ICP/ active neurological disease
- Fixed CO states
- Coagulopathies: Plt < 80; INR > 1.5; PTT
- Septic pt.
- Unstable pt.
- Infection over site of injection

- Surgeries of lower limbs, perineum, pelvis
- Obstetric anaesthesia
- Renal failure
- Elderly pt.
