Q

Full Scale Deflection on ND

A

VOR: Full-scale deflection is 10°/ 1 dot = 2° of dev.
ILS approach: Full-scale deflection is 2½°/ 1 dot = ½°of dev.
RNAV (5 dot CDI): FSD = 5NM displacement from selected course
Glide Slope scale: FSD = about 0.5-0.7° of deviation.
