What is the relationship between
TC = true course
WCA = wind correction angle
TH = true heading
VAR = magnetic variation (isogonic lines)
MH = magnetic heading
DEV = compass deviation correction
CH = compass heading
TC +/- WCA => TH +/- VAR => MH +/- DEV => CH
(East is least, west is best)

When atc issues radar traffic information in relation to the 12 hour clock, the reference the controller uses is the aircraft’s ground track

Chart Supplement U.S. - directory of all airports, seaplane bases, and heliports open to the public, including comms data, nav facilities, and certain special notices and procedures. It does mention parachute jumping areas.
Best method to use when looking for other traffic at night?
look to the side of the object and scan slowly.
Describe the lights on the port and starboard wingtips, tail, rotating beacon. Where can they be seen from?
When the only steady light seen is white, What direction is the aircraft heading?
A/c have a red light on the left wing tip, a green light on the right wing tip and a white light on the tail. The flashing red light is the rotating beacon which can be seen from all directions around the a/c.
The a/c is headed away from the observing pilot.
