a PI claimed to have a vision that if the PI rejected the white way of life and danced a sacred Ghost Dance the Great Spirit would bring the dead PI to life and a flood would wash the white ppl away

while the PI started the Ghost Dance President Harrison ordered the army onto the reservations to take control; army took them to Wounded Knew Creek where they started to dance again and 250 Sioux shot dead (half women and children)
