Myopathic facies, frontotemporal balding, ptosis, cataracts
Wasting of the facial muscles and small muscles of the hands
Difficulty on releasing hands after squeezing,
Distal wasting and weakness with impairment of fine movements
Foot drop
Depression of deep tendon reflexes
Myotonia
