- Brainstem - INO, facial sensory loss, facial weakness, diplopia
- Cerebellum - ataxia, dysarthria

- Spinal cord dorsal columns - loss of vibration and proprioception, L’hermitte’s sign, pseudoathetosis

Neck flexion -> electric shock like feeling down the arms and legs - MS, cervical myelopathy, subacute combined degeneration of the cord

A
Acute attacks - methylpred
Prevent relapses - interferon beta, glatirimer acetate, natalizumab
