  • Optic nerve - optic atrophy, RAPD
  • Brainstem - INO, facial sensory loss, facial weakness, diplopia
  • Cerebellum - ataxia, dysarthria
  • Spinal cord - pyramidal weakness
  • Spinal cord dorsal columns - loss of vibration and proprioception, L’hermitte’s sign, pseudoathetosis

Acute attacks - methylpred
