Q

Steps to MFR

A
  1. palpate restriction
  2. direct (into restriction w/ traction) or indirect (away from restriction with compression)
  3. fine tune - twisting, transverse forces, passive movement of limb
  4. enhancers to induce release - respiration, eye movement, muscle contraction - direct or indirect
  5. wait for release
