  • lie quietly 5min before inject
  • Inject Rp 1-2 min
  • image 15 post injection ANT
  • SPECT images after static
  • repeat 4hr delayed

  • Define both lung apices, draw a vertical line between. a horizontal line to determine the most superior lung apex. the area with the lowest counts draw a 7x7 pixel ROI to determine the mediastinal
