This refers to two or more people who interact with one another and refer to themselves as a social unit.
Social groups
A small group of people who interact over a relatively long period of time on a direct and personal basis ( family relationships).
Primary groups
A group in which interaction is impersonal and temporary in involvement, tend to be organized around specific goals ( classroom ).
Secondary group
It holds the relative standard that indicates what is typical or average. The group has its rules a behfollowthe members follow

One of the most important and meaningful interpersonal connections you have
Friendship
An exclusive or tight group whose members interact more intensely to the relative exclusion of those who are non members
Clique
Is a typical label to a leader of a clique with female members
Queen bee
Is a phenomenon that occurs when your behavior, ways of thinking, or feeling are affected by others, or vice versa.
Social influence
Is the act of adjusting your behaviors, opinions, our beliefs to agree with the prevailing norm or standard. It makes the members in achieving goals
Conformity
It occurs when an individual gives in or agrees with the other person or group, even if one holds a different opinion about the person or situation.
Compliance
This takes place when a respectable, famous, or will-like person exerts great influence on others. The people follow the ways of the popular figure
Identification
This is an act of the following authority figure. An individual confirms the demands of someone who exercises influence or power.
Obedience
It’s a mobilized people toward a vision. This leader will not explain where people are going, but they will also be able to explain we getting there is important and beneficial to the people they are communicating with.
Visionary
It focuses on developing people for the future by joining the development of individual schools with a long-term goals of an organization’s success.
Coaching
It creates emotional bonds and harmony. Works best to heal rifts in teams or motivate people in stressful times
