A

aspirine!! diminue la progression maladie, diminue besoin chirurgical, diminue échecc de revascularisation, diminue mortalité/infarctus/AVC (mois d’évidence de prévention CV si pt asx)

alternative si allergie/intolérance ASA: clopidogrel

pentoxifylline MA

A

dispo au canada
diminue viscosité du sang en inhibant phosphodiestérase et augmentant AMPc dans GR

400mg TID, on px diminuer a BID si e2 GI ou SNC

effet maximal: 2 a 4 semaine
