Osteoarthritis
Tinnels sign - tapping over median nerve
Phalens sign - wrist flexion for 1 min.
Median nerve compression
Elevate, splint, NSAIDs, inject, surgery
Carpal tunnel
Have patient squat and rise
diminished or absent patellar reflexes
L3 - L4 disk
Patient walk on heels of feet
pain radiating into Lateral calf, numbness of foot and Lateral calf
L4 - L5 disk
Diminished or absent Achilles reflex
patient walks on toes
weakness of plantarflexion of great toe and foot pain that radiates all the way down into leg into foot pain and butt
L5 - S1 disk
Feels like you’re standing on a pebble in the shoe
commonly in the third and fourth intermetatarsal spaces
Morons neuroma
Growth plate at tibial tuberosity as result of stress on patella.
Painful limp with pain below the knee cap, occurs when one or both legs, pain is exacerbated with high impact sports

Inflammatory disorder involving pain and Stefan us in the shoulder and hip
People over 50, associated with temporal arteritis
Loss of range of motion, fatigue, anemia, and mild fever
ESR elevated

In audible or palpable click when the knee is raised, knees flexed and then quickly straightened, positive for medial meniscal tears, injuries
