fasciitis

atrophy
“without nourishment”; weakness or wearing away of body tissues or structures; muscle atrophy caused by pathology or diffuses of muscle over a long period of time

rupture or tearing of a muscle
atonic
without normal muscle tone or strength
hypotonic
diminished tone of skeletal muscles
ataxia
without muscle coordination during voluntary movement; usually secondary to problems in cerebellum
hyperkinesia
abnormally increase muscle function or activity
paralysis
loss of sensation and voluntary muscle movements in a muscle through disease or injury to its nerve supply
hemiplegia
total paralysis affecting only one side of the body; usually secondary to a stroke
paraplegia
paralysis of both legs and the lower part of the body

diagnostic test that measure the electrical activity withing muscle fibers in response to nerve stimulation

surgical incision through the fascia
