O: bases of second - fourth metatarsals, sheath of peroneus longus tendon

O: capsules of third - fifth metatarsophalangeal joints, associated deep transverse metatarsal ligaments
I: base of proximal phalanx of the big toe
A: adduction and flexion of the big toe

Flexor Digiti Minimi Brevis
O: base of fifth metatarsal
I: base of proximal phalanx of the little toe (plantar surface)
