- Iliac crest and fossa

Lesser trochanter of femur

- Abducts & flexes thigh
- Med. rotates thigh

Sup. gluteal n.
Proximal attachment of tensor fascia latae?
- ASIS
- Ant. part of iliac crest
Distal attachment of tensor fascia latae?
Iliotibial tract (attached to lat. condyle of tibia)
Main action of the sartorius?
- Flexes, abducts & lat. rotates thigh at hip joint
- Flexes leg at knee joint
