Contact consciously
Made up of muscle fibres which are multinucleate and many centimetres long.
Contract quickly for speed but fatigue.
Contract slowly for posture and endurance.

Contract unconsciously
No striped appearance, rather pointed ends and uninucleate. 0.2mm
It lines hollow organs

Cardiac muscle
A
It is myogenic and contracts on its own
Muscle fibres connected by intercalated discs which have low electrical resistance to allow nerve impulses to travel. Theyre branched.
Uninucleate 01.mm.
Contract rhytmically and dont fatigue
