A

. Tertiary structure, can cross blood brain barrier
. Large doses can affect CNS 1-2 mg
. Dose:
. Bradycardia: 0.02 mg/ kg peds
Max 0.5 mg
Adults: 0.5 mg 3-5

. A systole: 1mg 3-5 min up to 3 max
