Action: post synaptic a adrenergic agonist little effect on heart and b receptors. ( a1 receptor on smooth muscles)
Duration of action: 20 min
Metabolized by liver through MOA and excreted in urine

Dosage: 10 mg/ ml u have to dilute it in 100 cc bag to get 100 mcg/cc then slowly titration to effect
