Volunteering at pupil support when argument broke out between two children I took the decision to help calm them down and suggested to the other girl with me to go and get a teacher to de escalate the situation

Delivering mental health ambassador lessons we all taught a Lesson each but when one person was teaching the others were still there to support and ensure it was all going smoothly
Conflict example
When unpacking stock one of the team members forgot to tick off the drug on the stock list this created lots of confusion however to improve this we ensured that whoever was taking out the stock that the list was double checked before they left work
What are the downsides of working in a team (5)
- people not pulling their weight

A group of doctors nurses and allied HCPs working together to provide optimal patient care

Why a doctor why not a nurse
- nurses prepare the patient and are involved in more of the assistance of patients
- doctors are more procedural and much longer training
- doctors are ultimately responsible for the decisions being made
What are other members of the mdt
- physiotherapy can help with keeping patients physically fit and maximise mobility
- occupational therapists often assess and improve day to day functional abilities
- pharmacist patient info and counselling info on drugs to staff and patients
- physician associate take medical history examine patients request investigation. Diagnosing, management plans, procedures
