Congenital tend to spontaneously resolve
Surgical repair if persists after two years of age

What are the features of an epidydimal cyst?
Painless
Separate from the body of the testes
Found posteriorly
What is the presentation of testicular torsion?
Acute scrotal pain, may be in the groin and lower abdomen
Nausea and vomiting
What is the management of testicular torsion?
Surgical exploration
Bilateral fixation
What is the first line investigation for priaprism?
Cavernosal blood gas
What is the empirical management of epididymo-orchitis?
1g IM Ceftriaxone
Doxycycline for 10-14 days
What is the management of a hydrocoele in an adult?
If testis cannot be palpated, refer for urgent ultrasound scan
