Inhibition of dihydrofolate reductase and DNA syntesis for lymphocyte proliferation

Indications:
RA

Side Effects:
Nausea, hair loss

Interactions:
Warfarin, corticosteroids

MoA:
Unclear - possinle inhibition of DNA synthesis and lymphocyte proliferation

Indications:
RA (also Crohn’s Disease)

Side Effects:
Alopecia
