STILL MODE can record a Video
This will take the settings from C3p. To do this from “still” mode then just press the record button to quickly record a video.

what to set the FRAME to when videoing?
24-FPS or closest to it,
NTSC is standard to comply with network
What to set the Shutter Speed to when videoing?
Twice the playback frame rate (60).
What do Neutral Density Filters do? (videoing)
Can darken the image so you don’t have to crank up ISO
Image Stabilizer for videoing
turn on for a smoother image
Tripod for videoing
use tripod with fluid head
