A
Riluzole medication
supportive;
- drooling: anticholinergics
- PEG/NG tube
- Spasticity: Baclofen or botox injections
- pain: simple analgesia

A
mixed clinical picture of both UMN and LMN signs
no sensory disturbance
eye and sphincter muscles spared until late disease
