headache:
- non-pulsatile
- bilateral
- worse in morning
morning vomiting
visual disturbances:
- transient darkening or loss

A
1st line: weight loss
medication:
- carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (acetazolamine)
- topiramate
- furosemide
vision: - optic nerve sheath fenestration
refractory to medication and weight loss;
- therapeutic LP
- surgical CSF shunt
