Morphine dosing
A
Post-op pain: 1-4 mg q1-4 hrs PRN; up to 10 mg q2-4 hrs PRN for severe pain
Noncancer pain: 2-5 mg q2-4 hrs PRN
Palliative care: 2-5 mg q3-4 hrs PRN
