A
OUD: 2.5-10 mg , 10-20 mg w/drinking problems , 20-30 mg w/ no signs of sedation/intoxication but symptoms of withdrawal MAX 30 mg initially
PAIN: initially 2.5-10 mg q8-12 hrs
*seen given QD and 110mg
