A

Proteosome (induce arrest at G2-M phase via accumulation of abnormal proteins—> apoptosis)
Tx: multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma
SE: peripheral neuropathy, herpes zoster reactivation (decr. T-cell activation—> decr. Cell-mediated immunity)
