A

Go into File Explorer and right-click on the file, then select “Properties”. Inside Properties I can use the “Details” tab to troubleshoot the issue. If I need to run the application in compatibility mode I can click on the “Compatibility” tab and adjust the display settings.

A

I also need to close any applications or files installed by the application. I may also need to uninstall anti-virus software although not Windows Defender.
