Influence of Society to Human Development
What are the three (3) influences of human development?
(1) Norms, (2) Laws, (3) Folkways
Set of traits and behaviors society considers acceptable; Helps persons in their development and establish order in society

More formal and stringent; Prescribe the consequence and penalties if violated
Laws
Less formal norms’ arise from traditions; A mode of thinking, feeling, and acting
Folkways
An organized set of relationships among individuals and groups of society
