hemispheres of the brain

face, scalp, forehead, etc

Medial surface of the brain – diencephalon?

lateral surface of the brain – parietal, frontal, temporal; perisylvian area
What does the posterior cerebral artery supply?
medial surface of occipital, temporal lobe; thalamus

transient ischemic attacks – usually embolic, short term, usually complete recovery

What are the types of extracerebral CVA?
subdural, epidural, subarachnoid
