ACUTE STRESS AND CHRONIC STRESS
- This is SHORT-TERM STRESS that goes away quickly.
- You feel it when you have an argument with your siblings or you have school work to submit on time.
- It also occurs when you do something new or exciting.
- All people have this stress at one time or another.
ACUTE STRESS
- This is a stress that LASTS for a LONGER PERIOD.
- You may have chronic stress if you consider problems BIGGER than your LIFE.
- A TYPE OF STRESS that goes on for WEEKS or MONTHS.
- You can get USED to this stress if you don’t manage your problems and may lead to mental health issues.
CHRONIC STRESS

RELEASING HORMONES
