What is taste aversion?
Conditioning that happens from eating, often only takes one to avoid ever eating that food again
What is instinctive drift?
The tendency of learned behavior to drift back towards biologically predisposed patterns
What is a cognitive map?
A mental layout of one’s environment
What is latent learning?
Learning that occurs but is not apparent until there is incentive to demonstrate
What is observational learning?
Where higher animals learn without direct experience, but by watching and imitating others. This occurs especially in humans

Social learning

Observational learning. The bobo doll experiment, where an adult got angry and fought a bobo doll, the child, when brought into another room with a bobo doll would begin fighting it when angry.
What are mirror neurons?
Frontal lobe neurons that fire when performing certain actions. The brain can fire these neurons when watching another perform the action that would fire those neurons
What is pro social behavior?
Positive, constructive, and helpful behavior.
What are antisocial effects?
Observational learning can lead to things like aggression in children
