A
These are circumstances relevant to the offender, the victim or the crime itself. They reduce the seriousness of the offense or the offenders culpability.

- The offender was provoked by the victim
- The offender showed remorse
- The offender had no previous convictions
- The offender cooperated with police, and made full admissions.
- Injury or harm cause was not substantial
