What are they?

A

Facts or circumstances about the offender or the offence that can lead to a less serve sentence. Circumstances relevant to the offender, the victim or the crime itself, and may decrease the offenders culpability and lead to reduction in the sentence

A

The offender showing remorse
the offender having no prior criminal history or is of good character
The offender was under duress
The offender has shown efforts towards rehabilitation while awaiting sentencing
The offender pleaded guilty
The affect that prison may have on the offender
