are circumstances about the offender or the offence that tend to increase the offenders capability and the sentence that they will receive.

A
The use of violence, explosives or a weapon when committing the offence
Where the offending was planed or premeditated
The nature of the offence (particular brutality or cruelty or family violence
A breach of trust by the offender towards the victim
