Every person commit an offence against this Act who knowingly permits any premises or (any vessel, aircraft, hovercraft, motor vehicle, or other mode of conveyance) to be used for the purpose of the commission of an offence against this Act.

Class B 7 years

3 years in any other case.

Needles and Syringes

A

Relevant legislation found under Health (Needles and Syringes) Regulations Act 1998, sections 11 and 12.

Possession of a needle is not an offence per se, but will become so if the syringe contains a usable amount of a controlled drug. (offence committed in respect of possession of a drug)
