Member sent to Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO).
I. PEBLO initiates waiver package and sends to approving authority.
II. Approving authority reviews waiver package and discusses condition with gaining MTF on care capabilities.
III. Approving authority will send approving or disapproving results to PEBLO via email.
IV. PH must document approval/disapproval on DD Form 2766.
