pathways for prana that connect the physical and subtle body. Like wires for electricity, nadis conduct prana through our bodies and physical environment. Nadis permiate the body in spiralling rivers which must be balanced energetically by counter spirals.

Name and describe the 3 gunas (sattva, rajas, tamas) Be able to describe in which each of the Gunas would be helpful in a situation in which each of them would be counter-productive. The goal here is to be able to flow through the Gunas, using eacho one when it is helpful and then letting it go.
