Manor-The large estate owned by a knight or lord (manages it)

workers who were tied to the land on which they lived,slaves

the poorest people in the medieval era and lived primarily in the country or small villages/ poor people

Catholic Church
-straddled the world of medieval Europe. Every king, queen, knight, serf and soldier lived and died within the embrace of the Catholic faith. The church was not simply a religion and an institution; it was a category of thinking and a way of life.

Magna Carta
Magna Carta-Magna Carta was issued in June 1215 and was the first document to put into writing the principle that the king and his government was not above the law- provided protection to the people’s rights
