Indications
(3)
- generalised/focal seizures (GCS 12<)
- sedation (CCP)
- acute behavioural disturbance (SAT 2> + unresponsive to droperidol)

- allergy or adverse reaction

- reduce dose for low weight or frail
- reduce dose for pts with chronic renal failure, cardiac failure or shock
- can cause depression in COPD pts
- myasthenia gravis
- multiple sclerosis
