-allergy AND/OR adverse reaction to aspirin OR NSAID
-bleeding OR clotting disorders
-current GI bleeding OR peptic ulcers
-pts under 18yrs

-possible aortic anneurysm or condition that require surgery
-pregnancy
-history of GI bleeding OR peptic ulcers
-concurrent anticoagulant therapy

white tablet, 300mg

single dose only - chewed and swallow water
max dose 300mg (can be upped to 450mg if pt taken own pill)
