Q

How to prepare a light microscope

A

1) take a slide and put a small water droplet on it
2) take a thin layer of your specimen so the light goes through
3) use a stain (a chemical that you put on the specimen) this highlights specific organelles
4) place a cover slip on top and avoid bubbles
