How to use an eye piece graticule to measure an object
A
Align the eye piece graticule with the stage micrometer
Use the stage micrometer to calculate the size of divisions on the eye piece graticule at the particular magnification
Remove the micrometer and measure the object in terms of the eye piece graticule
Now calculate the actual size of the object by multiplying the number of divisions by the size of the divisions
