Tonsillitis
1st - 90% resolve within 7 days
2nd - (FEVERPAIN 3+) Phenoxymethylpenicillin 500mg QDS 5/7 (adult)
Bacterial sinusitis
1st - Self resolve within 10/7
2nd - Amoxicillin 500mg (1g if severe) TDS 5/7
