A

Up to and including the holding point of the runway to be used for departure
Up to and including any other location on the airport from which the helicopter will depart.
To helicopters engaging in air taxiing on completion of a landing that have reached the hover prior to taxiing.

To avoid downwash causing problems to adjacent runways and taxiways FISOs should wherever possible:
-Instruct helicopters to taxi rather than air taxi when operating in areas where aircraft are parked or holding.
-Not air taxi helicopters close to taxiways or runways where light aircraft ops are in progress. If air taxiing is imperative helicopters must be routed to;
.Avoid overflying parked A/C, vehicles or unsecured ground equipment.
.Follow standard taxi routes where helicopters and fixed wing aircraft share common areas on a movement area.
. When a helicopter is air taxiing or in a stationary hover, FISOs should avoid taxiing light aircraft or helicopters within a minimum area comprising 1.5 times the rotor diameter of that helicopter or 30m, whichever is the greater, see British Helicopter Advisory Board ops procedures. This distance would need to be increased for larger helicopters.
