Needs to be a moderate rate working at an appropriate threshold
Interval
It is physical and consists of alternated periods of high and low of activity

Plyometrics
Trains muscles to use power, this exercise involves strength of muscles
Circuit
A form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high intensity
Aerobic Training
Uses oxygen, will increase the ability to work for long periods of time
Anaerobic Training
Will increase the ability to move in quick bursts
Respiratory System
Lungs become stronger and better.
Increase number of alveoli - so more oxygen can be absorbed by the capillaries.
Increased strength of the diaphragm and external intercostal muscles - increases airflow during physical activity
