A

Contradicting government policy (7 day NHS 2015, BMA failed to stop it), Government resist pressure (majority for iraq 2003 vs stop the war), Countervailing power(campaigning against other pressure groups) and Group acts against or alienate the public (Coalition for marriage against gay marriage).
